1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Quantum Space Resorts, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservation and Payment Terms

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed
• Additional charges may apply for special services, damages, or incidentals

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fee
• 14-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 7-13 days before arrival: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund
• No-shows forfeit entire payment

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional fees
• Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in

5. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

• Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM) for optimal stargazing conditions
• Follow all resort rules and regulations
• Treat staff and other guests with respect
• Use facilities and equipment responsibly
• Report any damages or issues immediately

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Quantum Space Resorts, LLC is not responsible for:

• Weather conditions affecting stargazing visibility
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Injuries resulting from guest activities
• Service interruptions beyond our control

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, or acts of civil or military authorities.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quantum Space Resorts, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Arizona.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
